Free Yourself from the Impact of Stress.

Cultivate Your Physical and Mental Well-being.

Learn to Regulate Your Nervous System Naturally and Effectively

Do you often feel...

  • Pressured or tense, leading to tiredness?
  • Overwhelmed or anxious on a regular basis?
  • Struggling to quiet your mind and find rest?
  • Finding it hard to connect gently with your body and sensations?
  • Looking to release the stress that holds you back and limits you?

By joining my TRE® workshops, you'll learn to:

  • Release nervous and physical tensions through natural tremor-releasing exercises
  • Rediscover relaxation and inner calm
  • Reconnect gently and securely with your body
  • Build emotional resilience
  • Joyfully and sustainably care for yourself and your health.

How Does TRE® Work?

By performing a series of simple exercises in a safe space, you activate your body's natural repair reflex (tremors), restoring calm and balance to your nervous system.

This process helps your body release built-up tension and encourages relaxation and self-awareness in an easy and gentle manner. It also lessens the effects of any stress or trauma.
